These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weave (the "Service") at weavejam.dev, operated by Weave ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a preliminary agreement and may be updated as the Service evolves.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of others;

The Service may let you connect third-party services such as GitHub or sign in with Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. While in early stages, the Service may change frequently and may contain bugs or interruptions.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
